In Tai Chi, the state I will guide you towards is called Wu Ji. It is relaxation without collapse: a calm that stays alert and ready to act. Exactly what you need before an important conversation, and after it.

How it works
Four steps
- Wu Ji first meeting60 minutes at your place. We talk about your goals, I look at your posture and breathing, and you try the first exercises.
- Personal planWithin two days you receive a one-page programme.
- 12 weeksOne session a week at a fixed time, with a short routine in between.
- ReviewHalfway through and at the end, I review what has changed and propose your next step.

Frequently asked
Do I need to be fit or experienced?
No. The programme starts where you are today and the pace adapts to you. Nobody breaks a sweat.
How much space do we need?
Roughly 3 × 3 metres is enough: an office, a living room or a terrace.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can move a session up to 24 hours in advance. A programme is valid for 4 months from the first session.
Is Wing Chun self-defence?
The way I teach it, it is training in balance, coordination and reflexes. The martial side remains, but the goal is calm and focus, not fighting.
Are sessions really in English?
Yes. I teach expats and international teams in English, and in Slovak for everyone else.
